Arrive in Srinagar, Kashmir and discover the beauty and opulence of this small town along hillside. Our representative will receive you at the airport and transfer you to hotel by a private car.
Afternoon, pay a visit to Shankaracharya Temple perched on the majestic Suleiman Mount. Located on a picturesque hill to the South-east of Srinagar, the temple is named after Lord Shankarachrya- A great philosopher who visited the valley about ten centuries ago. The temple is built on a high octagonal plinth approached by a flight of steps. The summit of the hill is crowned with a picturesque edifice. We will explore the temple and also view some amazing locations of the Dal Lake and the city below.
Late afternoon, proceed for a shikara ride in Dal lake. On the Shikara ride, explore the Floating Gardens, Vegetable market, easily accessible Mobile venders, Floating handicraft center & inherited lifestyle of people living on the lake since decades. Wander through the meandering streets of Srinagar City, with the decadent scents of fresh flowers and the rich history of the city.
After the ride, return to the hotel, enjoy a delicious dinner and retreat for the night.
After breakfast at the hotel, leave for Pahalgam, Kashmir’s most popular resort surrounded by high mountains, dense forests and serene lakes. Driving through saffron fields; we first stop at Awantipura ruins – an 1100 year-old temple of Lord Vishnu and also at the apple orchids gardens. Continue exploring the countryside in Pahalgam and enjoy leisurely walks through the forests along the streaming Lidder River; we arrive in Pahalgam and transfer to your hotel.
Afternoon depart for excursion trip to Chandanwadi, starting point of Amarnath Yatra & Betab valley, located on the way to Chandanwari, the valley was named Betaab after the bollywood movie by the same name! Earlier known as Hajan Valley, after the release of the movie, it was renamed as major part of the movie was shot here. The valley is surrounded by lush green meadows, snow clad mountain and dense forests.
Afternoon proceed for trip to Aru Valley – Aru Valley is a tourist spot 11 kms from Pahalgam, noted for its scenic meadows and mountains, it is a base camp for trekking to the Kolhoi Glacier and Tarsar Lake. The village lies of the left bank of the Aru river, which is a tributary of the Lidder river.
The surroundings are ideal and allow for relaxation and leisure in the true spirit of traditional hill resort. Rest of the day is free for personal activities or stroll at Pahalgam mall road.

Note: All sightseeing tours in Pahalgam are done by local cars and are time bound. Our vehicle is not allowed for local sightseeing tour due to restrictions imposed by local Pahalgam tourist transporters..
Today, enjoy a picturesque drive to Gulmarg, the Meadow of Flowers, 2730 mts above sea level, Gulmarg offers spectacular views of snow-capped mountain peaks, conifer forests and green meadows; After a drive of 4 hours, we arrive at Gulmarg.
Freshen up at the hotel and Later, we will proceed to board the Gondola cable car system and ascend towards the Afarwatt Mountain range. We board a cable car ride to Kongdoori (1st Level). The 8 minutes of ropeway ride on Gulmarg Gondola will take you past colorful shepherd hutments to the lower ridge of the Apharwat Peak. This cable car ride is divided into 2 stages and takes you to and from Kongdoori Mountain, which is close to Apharwat Peak.
Upon reaching Kongdoori, there are many more adventure activities like skiing, horse riding, snow sledging, ATV motor-biking, snow scooters, snow mobiles etc. (snow activities in winter only) (Adventure activities on direct payment basis).
Post breakfast, drive to Srinagar, check-in at the hotel, unpack and unwind.
Later, proceed for a tour of the city and visit the famous Mughal Gardens – Nishat Bagh (The garden of pleasure) and Shalimar Bagh (Abode of love). Built in between a period of 14 years the two gardens are a heritage left behind by the erstwhile Mughals, whose taste for laying exquisite gardens was fascinating. Situated around the serene Dal Lake with backdrop of the sprawling Zabarwan Mountains, the gardens boast of green turfs, blooming flowers and cascading water fountains. Admire the colourful tulips and a variety of flowers at the Shalimar Bagh and Nishat Bagh. We will explore the gardens and later drive back to the hotel.
Late afternoon, visit the Char Chinar Island and click photographs in colorful Kashmiri outfits (direct payment basis). On the way, visit handloom center famous for production of Pashmina/Shahtoos shawls.
Leave after breakfast from Srinagar to Kargil and enjoy the nature blooming with colors along the way; continue your drive to Kargil. On arrival, check in at the hotel. Dinner & over night stay at Kargil.
Continue you journey for Leh, via Fatu-La (13489 feet above sea level), which is the highest pass on the Srinagar – Leh road; enroute visit Lamayuru Gompa. The Lamayuru ‘’Yungdug’’ Gompa is remarkably built on a rock around 125 kms west of Leh. Next we halt at Likir Gompa, which lies on the right side of Leh-Srinagar road; about 4 kms from the main road and is famous for the numerous Thankas.
Likir Monastery – one of the most active monasteries in this region is a popular attraction of 11th century and in the close periphery is the 25 feet gold-covered statue of Lord Buddha. The structure that you see today is not the original one built in 11th century but the one that was re-built in 18th century as restoration; following a devastating fire.
Continue your drive for Leh. Upon arrival, we visit Magnetic Hill – also known as Gravity Hill where vehicles defy the force of gravity and Sangam of the rivers Indus & Zanskar – two of Himalaya’s great rivers; Zanskar and Indus merge to form a spectacular view.
Check-in at your hotel and rest well to rejuvenate yourself for the upcoming adventures. Dinner and overnight stay.
After breakfast at the hotel, rest for some time to get acclimatized with the high altitude. Drinking plenty of water and walking at a slow pace are the two important recommendations to remember.
Later, in the afternoon, visit Shanti Stupa, which dominates the city’s skyline from atop a hill. The two-storey stupa is embellished with colourful and intriguing paintings of deities and incidents from Buddhist mythology. Watch the sunset over Leh city from Shanti Stupa. It offers a great vantage point over Leh and the Indus valley.
The evening gives you a chance to walk around the local Leh market and and get acquainted with the local life of Leh or buy souvenirs like Buddhist cloth paintings; called thangkas, images of deities, fine-quality pashminas and decorative handicrafts.
Later, retreat to the hotel for dinner, then head to your room for a good night sleep.
Today, we proceed to Nubra Valley via Khardung La Pass – the world’s highest motorable pass. Nubra valley – the Shyok River meets the Siachen River to form this large valley separating the Ladakh and Karakoram ranges. After driving for 1 hour, the exciting journey through serpentine roads lead you to the Khardungla Pass. At Khardungla pass, the views of snow-capped peaks are amazing. We stop to click some photographs of the fantastic view.
Continue being driven to Nubra Valley, locally known as “Ldumra”, that means the valley of flowers; explore the sand dunes that stretch from Hunder to Diskit along the Nubra and Shyok Rivers. Watch out for the two humped Bactrian camel – small population of shaggy double-humped animals, which in the old days, were used as pack animals on the Central Asian Trade routes are now used as riding animals in the high deserts – only found in this part of India and Central Asia (camel ride to be on direct payment basis).
Post lunch, we will be driven to the village of Hunder, check-in at the camp. Dinner and Overnight stay at the camp.
Note: The Khardung La pass may remain close till first week of May. In that case the tourist will do excursion to Khadung La and stay at Leh in place of Nubra Valley on day 03 & 04.
Mark this day as the highlight of your fabulous trip as you visit the Diskit Monastery and the Pangong Tso.
After breakfast, under a clear sky on the river bank, we travel to Diskit Monastery in the town of the same name. Perched on a rocky spur above the village, with a commanding view of the entire valley; the views from here are breath-taking.
Thereafter, continue travel to Pangong at 14, 500 ft. via Tsovia Agham & Shyok valley; a lake which is 134 km long and extends from India to Tibet (60% of the length of the lake lies in China). The road follows the Shayok river and climbs up a mountain before finally descending into Shayok village. It takes less than an hour to reach Shayok and you will be delighted at the sight of the rather big village surrounded by barren mountains, the entire setting being very picturesque.
Some of the road patches in areas are extremely tough (towards Nubra side) in terms of road conditions but no doubt the journey is very scenic!
Later after crossing this adventurous part, (after a further drive of 6 hrs.) we finally have a view of the Pangong lake situated at 14,000 feet (4,267 m) one of the largest high-altitude lakes in the world and the highest salt water lake. Setting of the blue lake set amidst the lofty Himalaya Mountains makes for a picture-perfect postcard; a popular location for many Bollywood movies, enjoy some unique moments here.
The most notable feature of this lake are its ever-changing hues. Upon arrival we check in at our Camp, near Pangong lake (Spangmik Village). Dinner & Overnight at the camp.
Morning is at leisure, to explore the beauty of lake and later, we drive back to Leh via Changla Pass (5486 Mtrs). We drive further towards Durbuk & Tangtse from Pangong to pass through few small villages of Changthang. The name Changla pass literally means “Northern Pass” (Chang means north and La means Pass) enroute visiting Hemis Gompa, the largest monastic foundation which is believed to be the wealthiest and the biggest monastery in Leh and further to Thiksey an impressive complex rising tier upon tier on a hill above the village and another 5 Kms driving through a picturesque landscape we reach to Shey Palace.
Along the way, we also stop for a visit to the Druk Padma Karpo School which was made famous as Rancho’s school in the Bollywood movie 3 Idiots. After exploring it and meeting local students, reach Leh, where you can spend some time at leisure.
Guests will proceed to Leh airport as per their schedule flight for their return journey back home.

This is only a quote and we are not holding any confirmed reservation either in the airline or in hotel. The booking procedure will start after receiving the initial deposit amount. If we fail to give you confirmation on your requested date, then entire amount paid is refundable.
Flight Booking
- Kindly reconfirm the Departure terminal and the Flight schedule from the airline before leaving for the airport.
- It is advisable to reach the airport 3 hours hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
- Web check-in is mandatory for all passengers. You will have to show your boarding pass / e-boarding pass along with your Identity card to the CISF staff at the Entry Gate. (Please Note: Airlines may charge for Web check-in Service. Applicable charges are not included in Package & need to be paid by the guests only)
- Guests will be checked for temperature and asked to display the status of Aarogya Setu app by the staff at entry gate of the airport. In case of non-availability of Aarogya Setu, passenger will be directed to a counter provided by the airport where Aarogya Setu app can be downloaded. A green status on your ‘Aarogya Setu’ App is mandatory to enter the terminal
- In case guests are denied to travel, due to high temperature then a change in date of travel might be offered. The change fee will not be applied and you can change your flight for a later date by paying the difference in fare. This process is entirely at the discretion of the respective airlines.
- As an extra precaution, Airlines have temporarily suspended Food and Beverage services on board.
- During boarding and travel all passengers shall use face cover/mask. They will also follow hand hygiene, respiratory hygiene and environmental hygiene.
- Vulnerable persons such as very elderly, expectant mothers, passengers with ailments are advised to avoid air travel.
- In airline no seat is provided to Infant.
- To avail the arrival transfers please check for our representative holding the placard of your name.
- If the return Flight is late in evening, the guest has to Check out from the hotel at 12 noon or at the time specified by the Hotel.
Hotel Accommodation
- Please provide government issued id’s to process the reservation.
- The guest must carry confirmed hotel voucher at the time of Check in at hotel.
- At hotel entrance guest will be checked for temperature and asked to display the status of Aarogya setu app. Normal body temperature and a green status on your Aarogya setu app is mandatory to enter in the hotel.
- Guests showing any Covid symptoms will be denied entry inside the hotel. In such cases applied cancellation charges will be at the discretion of the booked hotel.
- All the guests are requested to follow hand hygiene, respiratory hygiene and environmental hygiene.
- In hotels for an extra Adult / Child either Rollaway bed or mattress shall be provided.
- The request for an adjacent or an adjoining room will be on subject to availability.
- The Standard check in time of the hotel is 2 PM & check out time of the hotel is 12 noon (exact timings may be reconfirmed with the hotel directly).
- For early check in and late check out the payment is to be settled directly by the guest.
- Fixed Menu meals will be provided to the staying guests as per booked meal plans.
- Numbers of meals are always corresponding to the number of nights booked. Breakfast is not provided on the day of arrival.
- Mini bar facility (if available) in the hotels is on chargeable basis.
- It is mandatory to carry the age proof of children (2 to 11 yrs.) and infant (below 2 yrs.) along with other travel documents. Child above 11 years shall be considered for an adult cost.
