Arrive in Srinagar, Kashmir and discover the beauty and opulence of this small town along hillside. Our representative will receive you at the airport and transfer you to hotel in a private car.

Afternoon, pay a visit to the Shankaracharya Temple, perched on the majestic Suleiman Mount. Located on a picturesque hill to the South-east of Srinagar, the temple is named after Lord Shankarachrya- A great philosopher who visited the valley about ten centuries ago. The temple is built on a high octagonal plinth approached by a flight of steps. The summit of the hill is crowned with a picturesque edifice. We will explore the temple and also view some amazing locations of the Dal Lake and the city below.

Late afternoon proceed for a shikara ride in Dal lake. Wander through the meandering streets of Srinagar City, with the decadent scents of fresh flowers and the rich history of the city.

After the sightseeing tour, you will return to the hotel, enjoy a delicious dinner and retreat for the night.

Today, proceed for a tour of the city and visit the famous Mughal Gardens – Nishat Bagh (The garden of pleasure) and Shalimar Bagh (Abode of love). Built in between a period of 14 years the two gardens are a heritage left behind by the erstwhile Mughals, whose taste for laying exquisite gardens was fascinating. Situated around the serene Dal Lake with backdrop of the sprawling Zabarwan Mountains, the gardens boast of green turfs, blooming flowers and cascading water fountains. Admire the colorful tulips and a variety of flowers at the Shalimar Bagh and Nishat Bagh. We will explore the gardens and later drive back to the hotel.

Late afternoon, we visit the Char Chinar Island and click photographs in colorful Kashmiri outfits (on direct payment basis). On the way, visit handloom center famous for production of Pashmina/Shahtoos shawls.

Late evening, we retrace our steps back to the hotel for Dinner and night stay.

After breakfast at the hotel, leave for Pahalgam, the Valley of Shepherds. Driving through saffron fields; we first stop at Awantipura ruins – an 1100 year-old temple of Lord Vishnu and also at the apple orchids gardens. Continue exploring the countryside in Pahalgam and enjoy leisurely walks through the forests along the streaming Lidder River; we arrive in Pahalgam and transfer to your hotel.

Afternoon you can opt for a pony ride to Baisaran valley (known as Mini Switzerland) (on direct payment basis); Baisaran is a large grassy meadow with small rolling hills, it is an ideal campsite for trekker who want to move further to Tulian lake.

After breakfast, depart for excursion trip to Chandanwadi, starting point of Amarnath Yatra & Betab valley, located on the way to Chandanwari, the valley was named Betaab after the bollywood movie by the same name! Earlier known as Hajan Valley, after the release of the movie, it was renamed as major part of the movie was shot here. The valley is surrounded by lush green meadows, snow clad mountain and dense forests.

Afternoon proceed for trip to Aru Valley – Aru Valley is a tourist spot 11 kms from Pahalgam, noted for its scenic meadows and mountains, it is a base camp for trekking to the Kolhoi Glacier and Tarsar Lake. The village lies of the left bank of the Aru river, which is a tributary of the Lidder river.

The surroundings are ideal and allow for relaxation and leisure in the true spirit of traditional hill resort. Rest of the day is free for personal activities or stroll at Pahalgam mall road.

Note: All sightseeing tours in Pahalgam are done by local cars and are time bound. Our vehicle is not allowed for local sightseeing tour due to restrictions imposed by local Pahalgam tourist transporters.

Today, enjoy a picturesque drive to Gulmarg, the Meadow of Flowers, 2730 mts above sea level Gulmarg offers spectacular views of snow-capped mountain peaks, conifer forests and green meadows; After a drive of 4 hours, we arrive at Gulmarg.

Freshen up at the hotel and start your Gulmarg Tour by experiencing the world’s highest cable car ride known as the Gondola. Board a cable car ride to Kongdoori. The 8 minutes of ropeway ride on Gulmarg Gondola will take you past colorful shepherd hutments to the lower ridge of the Apharwat Peak. The Gulmarg Gondola is the highest and longest cable car ropeway of Asia and one of the best experiences in Kashmir. This cable car ride is divided into 2 stages and takes you to and from Kongdoori Mountain, which is close to Apharwat Peak.

Upon reaching Kongdoori, there are many more adventure activities like skiing,  snow sledging, ATV motor-biking, snow scooters, snow mobiles etc. (activities on direct payment basis).

Take leisurely walks on the lush green meadows in Gulmarg (Meadow of Flowers) that mesmerizes you with breathtaking vistas of snow-capped mountains. Dinner & Overnight at the hotel.

Wake up to a pleasant morning in Gulmarg and get transferred to a houseboat in Srinagar – Kashmirs cultural accommodations – a floating wooden palace on the famous Dal Lake. Check-in at the houseboat on the serene Dal Lake/Nageen lake that takes you to a whole new world of bliss and serenity.

Later, proceed for a day excursion to Sonmarg (Golden Meadow). The three and a half hour drive to Sonmarg is through a spectacular view of the valley and the Sindh River.  Sonmarg’s top attraction is Thajiwas Glacier, where you can either trek or take a pony to reach. Enjoy horse riding upto Thajiwas glacier and sledge riding on snow (on direct payment). Escape into the sublime beauty of Sonmarg on this day. Explore the breathtaking valleys and behold the beautiful Sindh River along with views of snow-clad mountains. Wander your way through the magnificent valleys, with beautiful Sindh River flowing along. Witness the beauty of pines and firs on the snow-clad mountains and return to Srinagar in the evening.

Evening drive back to Srinagar, take a stroll around the scenic Boulevard Road around the magical Dal Lake and witness the captivating Zabarwan Mountain Ranges on its full glory.

Today after breakfast, transfer to Srinagar airport to board the return flight with happy Memories!
